2025 Key Stage 2 Tests (SATs)
During the course of the year Ms Madeley’s class will be preparing for their SATs in May. The 2025 tests are highly likely to be similar in their format to those taken in 2024, although changes can never be ruled out! As before, children will be awarded scaled scores where 100 is an indication that children have reached the expected standard. You will receive your child’s scaled score and an indication of how it relates to national standards across all schools in England and Wales. Writing attainment will graded based on my teacher assessments during the course of the year – it is not a subject that is tested.
All the tests (Maths, Reading and Grammar Punctuation and Spelling) will take place during the week beginning Monday 12th May 2025.
